Telesales

Basic Salary
£25k OTE Full and Part time positions available salary £9,000 to £14,000 dependant on experience. Plus uncapped commission levels. You will join an uncapped earning scheme with typical on target earnings of £2,000 a month. Top performers will earn in excess of this figure and enjoy numerous other benefits.

Telesales
We all know there are plenty of sales jobs around but sales careers are less common and this is what we are offering at EQV. We were established 18 years ago and have enviable reputation in the training industry. We provide training interventions to blue chip, multi nationals, public sector and individual companies who require expert training, in Management and IT skills and qualifications. With the benefit for a full product portfolio you will need to build rapport with new customers and establish needs matching these to our extensive portfolio of services.

With or without sales experience you will need be resilient, upbeat, self motivated and customer focused. We will provide comprehensive sales and industry training. You will also shadow our Account Managers and your performance will be closely assessed so that you get the support that you need.

After a 12 month period for those that have the ambition you may progress from the telesales role into an account management role were earning potential can be doubled.

So if you are ambitious and want a sales career this is right position for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Telephone new customers from within our CRM database system
• Generating sales and leads
• Working to targets and deadlines
• Updating customer records on the database, maintaining your Sales Pipeline.

Key skills and experience

• Warm, confident and welcoming telephone manner
• Highly motivated and persistent
• Be proactive when dealing with customers and not be afraid to ask questions
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• IT Literate with previous experience of Word/Excel/outlook (however full training will be given)

Junior Account Manager

Basic Salary
