Coaching & Mentoring

The modern business environment demands that organisations constantly re-examine their business practises. The need for change is becoming almost a daily factor in keeping up with the 'competition' and satisfying ever-increasing customer expectations. Organisations need to be able to support their staff through this process of ‘constant change' and Coaching and Mentoring plays a crucial role in providing that support.

Group Courses

We offer the Coaching & Mentoring course as a company room (Group course). This means your organisation can customise the training, to the needs of your organisation, to help maximise the training benefit.

During all of our courses the tutor will support the session by encouraging individuals to think about how they are going to apply their new skills and behaviours back in the workplace.
