Managers can be promoted into their role where they have had little or no exposure previously to computers and specifically Microsoft Office software. This course gives a basic understanding of the main programmes a manager may be expected to use in their new role. After attending this course they will be in a better position to carry out their role and work with their more experienced colleagues.
