Executive Coaching for IT professionals

Executive Coaching is appropriate for delegates that have specific requirements that they need training for but do not need a full day days training to fulfil that need, or if you cannot get groups together of like requirements. The individuals’ specific needs can either be identified beforehand or on the day.

The coach’s time will be maximised by addressing each training need separately, solving a selection of training needs in a very cost effective manner. This method of training is particularly effective for a variety of IT requirements as the tutor will be able to cover different products and levels in the same day. The coaching can take place in an equipped training room or at the delegates workstations. This method means up to 6 or 8 staff members can receive training in the day making it very cost effective.

On an Executive Coaching day we can pre-book timeslots for delegates – depending on their needs these could be 1/2 hour or 1 hour slots etc. Delegates can cover the topics from an application that they specifically need for their job role. This also means a huge saving to the company in terms of time, as their delegates are only out of the office for part of a day and also their motivation is higher as they have not had to sit through parts of a course that are not relevant to them.
