Crucial to success of programme and are used to design courses to address competencies or skill gaps. EQV will collate information and report back to you with our findings.
Business Skills Questionnaire
To identify main business focu – who your typical customers are, and specific vocabulary and terminology etc.
Completed by delegate and their line manager to highlight current skill and what the perceived benefits are for attending training.
Workplace Observation Days
The lead trainer will observe staff on site to see work environment first hand, and spend time with cross section of employees to gain a greater understanding of real issues facing staff. This knowledge will be used in customisation and development of the programme as appropriate
